Physical Activity

Everyday activities such as gardening, vacuuming, washing, tidying can all be a good source of physical activity.

 
 

Try to set yourself a simple achievable challenge. For example when watching television why not stand up or walk around the room during the adverts? Small changes can make a big difference. Whatever you do you need to make sure that it is within your physical abilities.

 

 

The following sheet (or your memory book) can be used to record the everyday tasks and routines you perform and identify the physical actions involved.
